I take great pride in using only the finest of American materials and that starts with the highest of quality, American leather.  After experimenting with various types of leather from many different companies, I quickly realized that there were only two American companies that I wanted to work with... Wickett and Craig and Horween Leather.  These companies have been producing top quality American leather for well over 100 years and truly know how to bring out the most beautiful, vibrant colors of the hides.  My bags are designed using either a traditional harness leather which has a distinctive gloss finish that highlights the grains of the leather or an English Bridle leather which has a smooth and consistent surface...while very different, each leather type is absolutely stunning!   

As with all leathers, there are natural markings that happen within each and every hide.  While I do my best to try to use only the most consistent and "unblemished" portions of a hide, the natural markings are a part of the history and beauty of the leather and should be expected.
